TikTok OAuth callback that completes sign-in or registers a synthetic email for Early Access.

Exchanges the authorization code for an access token, loads the TikTok user profile, signs the user in, or (because TikTok provides no real email) adds a synthetic {displayName}@tiktok.com address to the Early Access list.
