Retrieves chat configuration and history for the current Studio conversation.

GET 
/studio/chat

Returns the active Studio conversation, available provider/model groupings, saved prompts, and a list of recent conversation summaries. Uses read-only database for message/history enumeration. Falls back to a placeholder message if no history exists.
